I love gold shades for fall and winter so I want to show you another one. This time it's SpaRitual Aurum from the Gold collection. I've already reviewed two polishes from this very collection - Rusted Lux and Conduit. What's interesting about these polishes is that they contain real gold particles.

Aurum - cool-toned gold foil. I wanted this polish for a long time, it's a gorgeous and vibrant gold. I kept looking at my nails because it just felt really luxurious. It applied easily and drying time was good. I've applied three coats to achieve full coverage. When I've applied the first coat, I could clearly see the gold particles the polish consists of, they are really pretty!

I've very recently reviewed OPI Goldeneye, another lovely gold. SpaRitual Aurum is cool-toned  yellow gold. OPI Goldeneye is more warmer colour leaning to burnt orange shades. They are totally different!

This is the manicure I've worn to the Olympia Beauty exhibition and it's also my birthday manicure because I'm still wearing it today! Yes, it's my birthday today and I want to announce that I will be publishing a giveaway very soon as I want to treat you guys for being such wonderful readers! I've done bday giveaway last year and I've had an amazing response and the winners were so grateful it warmed my heart!

This manicure is a combination of tape and sponging techniques and it was designed to complement a powder pink dress I wore to the Olympia Beauty exhibition. I've used OPI DS Reflection, OPI If You Moust You Moust and SpaRitual Aurum.

Firstly, I've painted my nails with OPI DS Reflection and applied Seche Vite topcoat. When it dried I've used striping tape and applied it on the nail in the diagonal lines. Then I started sponging pink OPI If You Moust You Moust to the 3/4 of the nail. The next step was to create golden tips which I've done by sponging SpaRitual Aurum on the tips. Then I've removed the striping tape and sealed with another coat of Seche Vite. And there you go, easy (but time-consuming)!
