Let's take a break from nail stuff, shall we? I've gotten some very nice things over the past few months that I think would make a lovely gift for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. I have few male readers so maybe they'll get inspired or you can just hint to your other half what you would like this year. If your OH is anything like mine he'll be grateful for any help!

The scent is very sweet, floral and fruity and lasted on me throughout the day. I can definitely smell the rose in it but also some fruit but that isn't specified in the description.

Edblad Ladies Muro Matt Rose Gold Plated Necklace - Jewellery is a staple but finding something unusual or unique can be hard. That's why I want to show you another Edblad jewellery piece. If anything else fails, there's always chocolate & flowers, right? In the first picture I've featured my two favourite chocolates - Galaxy milk chocolate (this one is the massive 390g version!) and Sea Shell Belgian pralines. The pralines are from Lidl for under £2 (I think) and I actually like them so much better than Guylian pralines. Yum!

I know Valentine's Day is fast approaching but I'm just not feeling it this year :( So since I'm not really doing any special designs at least I want to share with you a tip on a gift. Some time ago people from JORD Watches sent me another of their beautiful wooden watches and I've decided to hold onto them until February because I think it would be a lovely Valentine's Day surprise for anyone. I got Sidney series watch in Maple & Rose Gold. This particular watch is a model for women but they have many for men as well and my other half already hinted me that he wouldn't mind one of those for his upcoming birthday so they would definitely be a hit with your other half!

The Sidney watch came in a beautifully crafted wooden box with sliding lid and it was wrapped around a soft branded cushion. This series is an upgrade on the basic Ely series that I've reviewed previously. The clock face has a metal rose gold background and additional features like stop watch and it's decorated with Swarovski crystals around it. The watch is very light despite it being quite large and I like all the little details. My watch has a very small defect on the bottom dial where the outlining circle got unstuck but I'm sure that's just my piece. Overall the quality of the watch given it's made out of wood is excellent!

It looks beautiful when combined with light colours, don't you think? I have a soft spot for JORD watches because I just love the idea that they are made mostly out of wood and the whole concept around them.
