Hello lovelies,

How are you all? I've got another tutorial for you inspired by the Swarovski limited edition They're Real! mascara by Benefit. Lovely people from Benefit asked me if I'd like to do an inspired nail art and I was very excited to do so because I love their They're Real! mascara.

Benefit has introduced this beautiful limited edition of this mascara with Swarovski crystals on the cap and I couldn't do anything else than go for a black matte look with crystals on it. I spiced it up with the mascara name across my nails to make it more interesting :)

I really like the edgy look and the letters make it look at least a bit original. Of course if I was to wear mani like this I would probably wear all nails black with crystals but I wanted to do and inspired look. What do you think?

Products I've used to create these nails:

A England Camelot

OPI Matte Top Coat

OPI Natural Nail Base Coat

Seche Vite Top Coat

Swarovski crystals

Nail art brush

Zoya Arizona

And here's how to get that matte & crystal look:

How pretty is this mascara edition!? Normally the packaging is in metallic grey colour but this Swarovski edition is matte black which makes the crystals stand out nicely. It's edgy and kind of bad-ass and I love it! Plus the crystals make it much easier to unscrew and grip the cap.

I'll share with you my views on They're Real! mascara in case you're interested at all ;) I've first got a sample size in a beauty box and since then I've loved the mascara. The firm plastic brush works well separating my lashes and lengthening them a lot whilst not being clumpy. I never apply more than two coats to avoid too much mascara and lashes sticking together. It is also very resistant and stays nice all day and even withstanded some tears. So far only waterproof make-up remover worked (I use this Yves Rocher remover) but Benefit has a special makeup remover for this mascara as well.

Since my first sample size got used up, I bought a full-size and now I've been given this gorgeous Swarovski limited edition. Needless to say - I'm a fan! The only con is the price tag but it's worth it. Regular edition costs £19.50 and this limited edition is sold for £21.50 at Benefit website and their stands.

Hope you've enjoyed today's post and have a lovely day! Lucie x

WARNING! This post contains pictures of feet! ;)

Hello lovelies,

Today I have a report from my visit to a SpaRitual Salon, my pre-wedding pedicure and also review of SpaRitual Indonesian Ginger Body Butter! It's been a while since my wedding and my pre-wedding manicure but I still want to share my experience because it was lovely.

I have been invited for a pedicure by the lovely official SpaRitual distributors for Czech Republic and Slovakia, long before my wedding. I was really looking forward to it because pedicures are always so lush and pampering and I really enjoy them. I was first greeted by a fellow nail blogger friend Lenka aka Mikrosvet by Ellen who kindly joined me that afternoon. I love meeting nail bloggers from different countries, it's always so exciting, like a first date lol!

She took few pictures of me during the treatment...

The SpaRitual studio was small and prepared for two customers at a time so it felt private. I'm not really comfortable in those big salons with one chair next to each other so this was lovely. The pedi chair...or rather cushy armchair...I was sat in was just the beginning of the whole lot of pampering! I think I spent about hour being spoiled and then had a lovely chat with the salon owners and SpaRitual distributors about anything and everything nails and SpaRitual.

I haven't had pedicure this nice before so I even happilly paid for it despite being invited for free treatment. I think that probably tells how much I liked it. I stupidly wore closed shoes so skipped nail polish and had just base coat applied. I polished my toes later myself and stamped the big toes with the same white designs as my bridal nails to match. The picture is from week after the pedicure just so you know :D

I walked away with SpaRitual Indonesian Ginger Body Butter to try and I'd like to review it as well. This is the first time I've tried anything SpaRitual non-related to nails (other than the whole SpaRitual pedicure) so I was pleased that it was a nice product as well. SpaRitual is widely used in spas as well as in nail salons and the products are definitely higher-end and luxurious-feeling.

SpaRitual says: "Formulated with Fair Trade Certified Organic Shea Butter and vitamin-rich blend of Plum Oil and Maqui Berry, to soothe, nourish and condition the skin."

The body butter comes in a 228ml plastic tub and stylised box and with a little spatula to scoop out the product. I always prefer not to get creams with my fingers and avoid getting dirt and bacteria in so I like the included spatula.

The first thing anyone will notice with this butter is the scent. It is a strong and quite authentic smell of ginger which might not suit everyone but if you like ginger, go for it! The butter is nice, light and fluffy and easy to work with. I like that it soaks in quite fast and doesn't leave overly greasy residue. As for the effects on the skin - it seems to moisturize nicely and slightly warms up the skin after a while thanks to the ginger. The ginger scent lingered for few hours as well. It's a lovely body butter and I'll definitely try some more scents!

Sometimes it's nice to blog about some other things than just my latest manicure so I hope you've enjoyed this post.

If you're wondering where to buy this SpaRitual Body Butter, it's available at SpaRitual UK, SpaRitual US and of course SpaRitual CZ for Czech fans!

Have a lovely day! Lucie x
