Hello lovelies,

Today I want to show you a simple floral stamped manicure over the beautiful Zoya Thea (reviewed here). I have used white Essence stamping polish and a stamping plate I just can't find! I have a suspicion it's MoYou London but it just vanished so I can't tell you the exact plate. Sorry! I guess the pictures will have to suffice ;)

EDIT: The plate is MoYou London Pro XL 06 (thanks to Deborah for identifying it!)

I loved the look of Zoya Thea and the full-nail floral stamping looked pretty over it too - don't you think?

I'm still very busy so excuse the lack of posts, I feel like I don't have any free time at all. But hopefully it will all get back to normal from September, after the wedding.

You all have a lovely weekend and leave me some lovely comment, I read and approve them all! What are your plans for the weekend? Lucie x

Hello lovelies,

Lovely people from diego dalla palma have sent me few of their nail polishes to try and I've combined them into one stripy manicure. This is the first time I've been using diego dalla palma polishes and my first encounter with this Italian brand.

diego dalla palma about their polishes: "An intense colour that has maximum coverage, with a brilliant finish and a long lasting life. The new formula, combined with the maxi brush guarantees an easy application without any smudging."

I have used diego dalla palma Sorbet, Violet Underground, Modern romance and Cool Peony. I started with two coats of Sorbet (peachy colour) and then just applied curvy lines using stripy brush and all the other shades. All were well pigmented so I only had to paint the lines ones which was brilliant. Only Sorbet was a bit sheerer and needs two coats.

Overall, the polishes were a pleasure to work with, especially with the dark, super-pigmented shades. The brush is flat with rounded corners so that ticks the box for me as well. It's kind of like the upgraded Models Own brush in certain collections. diego dalla palma polishes are available at their website and at M&S website. The price is inder £10 per 14ml bottle.

You've probably seen this manicure yesterday and will see it once again because I've re-used it for other project but for that look in the next post!

Have a lovely day! Lucie x
